We do business with a wide range of suppliers, sourcing materials and services both locally and globally. Current suppliers
We deliver high-quality petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, asphalt, and heavy fuel oils, through a trusted network of suppliers and distributors. Our focus on reliability, safety, and quality ensures products reach customers efficiently while maintaining the highest operational standards.
supplier policies
The Liwan Gas Project, China’s first deepwater gas development, achieved first production in 2014. We hold a 49% interest in the Liwan 3-1 and Liuhua 34-2 fields and a 75% interest in the Liuhua 29-1 field, which began production in 2020.
We operate the subsea production and pipeline systems, while our partner, CNOOC Limited, operates the shallow-water facilities and the onshore Gaolan Gas Terminal, which processes and delivers gas to markets across mainland China.
Supplier health & safety
We require all suppliers and contractors to adhere to strict health and safety standards. By ensuring compliance with our safety policies, training programs, and regulatory requirements, we minimize risks, protect personnel, and maintain safe operations across our supply chain. Surplus inventory
Our refinery manages surplus inventory carefully to optimize resources, reduce waste, and maintain operational efficiency. Refined excess products are available for spot sales or long-term contract arrangements. All product is tracked, redistributed, or safely stored in compliance with regulatory and environmental standards, ensuring responsible inventory management while supporting business continuity and sustainability objectives.
